Please read these terms carefully before using our transportation services.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using NYC Limo Service ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NYC Limo Service.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
These Terms apply to all users of our services, including website visitors, customers, and passengers. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
2. Description of Services
NYC Limo Service provides luxury ground transportation services in the New York metropolitan area, including:
- Airport Transfers: Transportation to/from all major NYC area airports
- Point-to-Point Service: Direct transportation between specified locations
- Hourly Charter: Vehicle rental with professional chauffeur for specified periods
- Corporate Transportation: Business travel and executive transportation services
- Special Events: Transportation for weddings, proms, and other special occasions
- Long-Distance Travel: Transportation throughout the tri-state area
🚗 All services are subject to vehicle availability, weather conditions, and compliance with applicable transportation regulations.
3. Booking and Reservations
Booking Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to book services
- Valid contact information (phone and email) required
- Payment method must be provided at time of booking
- Special requests must be communicated at time of booking
- Flight information required for airport transfers
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to confirmation. We will send a confirmation email with booking details, including pickup time, location, and vehicle information. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
Advance Booking Requirements
- Standard bookings: Minimum 2 hours advance notice
- Airport transfers: Minimum 4 hours advance notice
- Special events: Minimum 48 hours advance notice
- Long-distance travel: Minimum 24 hours advance notice
- Large group bookings (8+ passengers): Minimum 72 hours advance notice
Modifications and Changes
Changes to confirmed bookings must be requested at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup time. Changes may result in additional charges and are subject to vehicle availability. We reserve the right to charge a modification fee for changes made within 24 hours of service.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
Pricing Structure
- Base Rate: Varies by vehicle type and service category
- Time-Based Charges: For hourly services with minimum booking periods
- Distance-Based Charges: For long-distance travel outside standard service area
- Waiting Time: Charged after complimentary waiting periods expire
- Additional Stops: Extra charges apply for multiple stops
- Peak Hour Surcharge: Applied during high-demand periods
- Holiday Surcharge: Applied on major holidays and special events
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at time of booking unless credit terms are pre-approved
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and corporate accounts
- All prices are in US Dollars and include applicable taxes
- Gratuity is not included and is at customer's discretion (15-20% customary)
- Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, and airport charges
Corporate Accounts
Corporate billing is available for qualified businesses with established credit. Corporate accounts are subject to credit approval and may require personal guarantees. Payment terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Disputed Charges
Any disputes regarding charges must be reported within 30 days of service date. We will investigate all disputed charges in good faith and provide resolution within 10 business days.
5. Service Standards and Expectations

- Professional, licensed, and background-checked chauffeurs
- Clean, well-maintained, and insured vehicles
- Punctual service with real-time tracking
- 24/7 customer support and emergency assistance
- Compliance with all applicable transportation regulations
- Respect for passenger privacy and confidentiality
Waiting Time Policy
- Airport pickups: 60 minutes complimentary waiting time
- Hotel/residence pickups: 15 minutes complimentary waiting time
- Corporate/business pickups: 10 minutes complimentary waiting time
- Additional waiting time charged at $1 per minute
- No-show after maximum waiting time results in full charge
Flight Monitoring
For airport transfers, we monitor flight schedules and adjust pickup times accordingly. Customers must provide accurate flight information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete flight information.
6. Customer Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and destination information
- Be ready at designated pickup time and location
- Provide valid contact information for communication
- Notify us immediately of any changes or cancellations
- Treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Smoking or use of illegal substances in vehicles
- Consumption of alcohol by minors (under 21)
- Disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior
- Damage to vehicle interior or equipment
- Exceeding vehicle passenger capacity
- Transportation of hazardous materials
- Any illegal activity or conduct
Special Requirements
- Child safety seats must be requested in advance
- Wheelchair accessibility must be specified at booking
- Pet transportation requires advance approval
- Large items or luggage must be disclosed at booking
- Special dietary or medical needs should be communicated
7. Liability and Insurance
Our Insurance Coverage
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage including:
- Commercial auto liability insurance ($1,000,000 minimum)
- General liability insurance
- Professional liability coverage
- Workers' compensation insurance
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the actual transportation service provided. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Personal items left in vehicles (though we will make reasonable efforts to return them)
- Damages exceeding the cost of transportation service
Customer Liability
Customers are liable for damage to vehicles caused by their negligence or misconduct. Cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage. Customers may be charged for repairs or replacement of damaged equipment.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, terrorism, or other emergencies.
8. Regulatory Compliance
Transportation Regulations
NYC Limo Service operates in compliance with:
- New York State Department of Transportation regulations
- New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) requirements
- Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements
- All applicable federal, state, and local transportation laws
Driver Requirements
All our chauffeurs meet the following requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) where required
- Clean driving record and background check
- Drug and alcohol testing program compliance
- Professional training and certification
- Regular medical examinations as required by law
Vehicle Standards
Our vehicles are maintained according to:
- Regular safety inspections and certifications
- Manufacturer maintenance schedules
- DOT vehicle inspection requirements
- Environmental and emissions standards
- Accessibility standards where applicable
9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any disputes or concerns. Our customer service team is available 24/7 to address issues promptly and fairly.
Formal Dispute Process
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in New York County, New York.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be filed within one year of the date the cause of action arose.
11. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service to any customer who:
- Violates these Terms of Service
- Engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
- Fails to pay for services rendered
- Provides false or misleading information
- Uses services for illegal purposes
Termination does not relieve customers of their obligation to pay for services already rendered or cancel their liability for damages caused.
12. Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and NYC Limo Service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice to you.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
