Less than 4 hours before pickup or No-Show:

- No credit or refund issued

- Cancellation time is calculated from your scheduled pickup time

2. Special Event Cancellation Policy
Special events including weddings, proms, corporate events, and holiday transportation have different cancellation terms due to high demand and advance planning requirements.

3. Airport Transfer Cancellation Policy

Airport transfers follow the standard cancellation policy with the following additions:

- Flight Cancellations: Full refund when flight is cancelled by airline
- Early/Late Flights: 2+ hour flight time changes require 4+ hour notice
- Weather Cancellations: Full refund for weather-related flight cancellations
International Flight Considerations
- Immigration delays are not considered passenger fault
